AS Academy, a leading youth sports academy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, recently arranged for the distribution of tournament kits for a squad of 16 players. The event was held at the AS Academy Training Ground on November 1, 2023, and was attended by the players, their parents, and coaches.

Aasif Sheikh, the Founder and Director of AS Academy, welcomed everyone to the event and spoke about the importance of tournaments for youth development. He highlighted the benefits of tournaments, such as providing an opportunity for players to compete against other players of their skill level, helping players to learn how to deal with pressure and adversity, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and building confidence and self-esteem.

Aasif Sheikh then distributed the tournament kits to the 16 players. Each kit contained an AS Academy tournament full kit with the cap. Aasif Sheikh and the parents helped the players to put on their jerseys and checked to make sure that they had everything they needed in their kits.

After the kits had been distributed, Aasif Sheikh held a Q&A session in which the players and parents asked questions about the tournament, such as what to wear and eat on the day of the tournament, and what to do if they felt nervous or scared. Aasif Sheikh answered all of the questions thoroughly and patiently, and encouraged the players to ask any other questions they had.

The event concluded with Aasif Sheikh and the parents wishing the players the best of luck in the tournament. He also encouraged the parents and coaches to continue to support the players by visitng the grounds.

In an interview with a local newspaper reporter, Aasif Sheikh said that he was pleased with the turnout at the event and that he was confident that the tournament kits would help the players to perform their best. He also said that he was excited to see the players compete in the tournament and that he was looking forward to seeing them succeed.

 

One of the parents who attended the event said that he was grateful to AS Academy for providing her child with a tournament kit. He said that the kit would help her child to feel confident and prepared on the day of the tournament. Another parent said that he was impressed with the way that Aasif Sheikh interacted with the players. He said that they way he created a positive and supportive environment, and that they made sure that all of the players felt included.
